A graduate of EM Grenoble with a Masters in Industrial Management and Entrepreneurship, Dorothée Baude began her career in the electronics industry, where she held various positions in the Production Management, Management Control and Supply Chain departments. She then moved on to Purchasing in Dublin for a German pharmaceutical group, before joining the aluminium division of a major Anglo-Australian mining group in France.
After eight years in industry, Dorothée Baude moved into interim management with a major American firm. This experience was decisive for the executive, and gave her the impetus to create REACTIVE EXECUTIVE, a pure player in Interim Management, in September 2012. Over the years, Dorothée Baude has established the company as a key player in France and Europe.
Dith a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and a specialized Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from EM Grenoble, Dorothée Baude began her career in the electronics industry, with the ALCATEL group, where she held various positions, notably in project mode, within the Production Management, Management Control and then Supply Chain and Purchasing departments.
She then moved on to Purchasing in Dublin for a German pharmaceutical group, MERCK GENERICS, before returning to France and joining the aluminum branch of a major Anglo-Australian mining group, RIO TINTO ALCAN.
With eight years’ experience in the industrial sector behind her, she has chosen to support companies in difficulty. It was after this experience that she decided to move into interim management with an American firm, ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL. This experience was decisive for Dorothée Baude, who finally set up Faithful Executive, a pure-play interim management firm, in September 2012.
