About his studies

Dorothée BAUDE holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management, which has enabled her to combine knowledge of the subject with a managerial vision. She also took a special entrepreneurship course at ESC Grenoble, which gave her all the tools she needed to set up, take over, turn around and evaluate a company. Dorothée BAUDE, on the other hand, learned her Interim Management profession on the job. Operational experience is still the best school!

About the idea of setting up an interim management firm

Dorothée BAUDE knew she was going to set up her own company at the age of 26. After 8 years of working for large groups, she felt out of place. On the other hand, processes and decision-making took so long that she wasted her energy trying to move projects forward. Two years later, the idea of setting up a firm specializing in interim management came to her while Dorothée BAUDE was attached to the interim management division of an American firm. The manager fell in love with the business at first sight. It all fitted together: people who are free to act and speak their minds, and who take on strategic missions at the drop of a hat.
