Having a graduated with a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and a specialized Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Business School, Dorothée BAUDE began her career in the electronics industry within the ALCATEL group. During her tenure, she held various positions, particularly in project management, within the Production Management, Management Control, Supply Chain, and Purchasing departments.
Following this, she worked in Purchasing in Dublin for a German pharmaceutical group, MERCK GENERICS, before returning to France and joining the aluminum branch of a large Anglo-Australian mining group, RIO TINTO ALCAN.
With eight years of experience in the industrial sector, she chose to support companies facing difficulties. It was after this experience that she decided to pursue a career in Interim Management within an American firm, ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL. This experience was pivotal for Dorothée BAUDE, ultimately leading her to establish her own firm in September 2012. The company quickly became a leader in Interim Management in France and Europe, and she sold it in 2024.
Now, she has founded FAITHFUL EXECUTIVE in Dubai with the aim of expanding, particularly across the Middle Eastern market, and establishing the company as the leader in its field.
